The potion sloshed readily around its flat-bottomed bottle, a sparkly pink and purple. The colours mixed constantly but always separated again. She pulled the cork and the faint pop was followed by a bubbling hiss. Tiny sparkles danced from the mouth of the bottle. The liquid continued to surge around. She took a breath and swallowed the potion in one, barely tasting the hops and rosewater flavour. Warmth spread from her chest. Her shoulders relaxed and a smile played on her lips. After all, why wouldn't she smile? The potion worked, and she had a favour to ask.
